Provide Expertise
Maintain knowledge on compliance and regulatory standards. Assist others with compliance-related questions. Stay updated on compliance and regulatory requirement changes, news, and trends.
Develop Compliance Programs
Develop and implement compliance programs and security awareness training. Provide support for records management, eDiscovery, data loss prevention, investigations and information protection in Azure and Office 365. Coordinate compliance requirements with IT best practices and ministry standards.
Assess Compliance and Plan Remediation
Assess departments, procedures, and policies against compliance standards. Prepare and analyze compliance data for external audits. Assess the impact of periodic requirement revisions and advise remediation. Report on compliance statuses to stakeholders. Prepare compliance and regulatory documents.
Support Compliance Activities
Perform recurring tasks, such as tracking digital assets, inventory, and other sensitive data and equipment. Monitor department workflows, vendors' qualifications, agreements, and certifications, as required for compliance.

Required Education:
College Degree - Computer Science, College Degree - Office Administration, College Degree - Pre-Law
Work Experience
Required Experience:
1+ years in information technology, 1+ years in project coordination, 1+ years in regulatory compliance Preferred Experience: 3+ years in a legal or medical office, 3+ years in information security, 3+ years in project coordination, 3+ years in regulatory compliance
