Job Description:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for producing PowerPoint presentations, videos, and digital collateral that reflect Epiq’s brand identity. The position requires adhering to brand guidelines (visual and verbal) and working closely with the graphic design team and an outside design firm. This team member will be on point to deliver content per specifications, with quick turnaround. The candidate will work with teams and stakeholders in the marketing department, producing identity marketing, digital marketing materials, marketing for sales, corporate communications, and product marketing assets.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Design marketing assets including client presentations, solution briefs, social posts, webpage graphics, infographics, advertisements, email campaigns, videos, and white papers.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, business, and sales stakeholders to translate complex ideas into compelling narratives.

  • Utilize marketing templates to ensure consistency in developed materials.

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality materials are delivered through proofreading and a structured review process with the graphics team.

  • Maintain a universal storage system for working files and assets.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and tools.

  • Support Marketing practice with additional projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High proficiency in Adobe InDesign: Desktop publishing knowledge to create page layouts and documents for print and digital.

  • Working knowledge of the full Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop and Illustrator.

  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word and PowerPoint.

  • Video editing or production working knowledge is a plus.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and excellent project management skills.

  • Ability to work remotely with a global team, communicating effectively and managing time to meet deadlines.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

The Compensation range for this role is 63,000.00 to 70,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
