Sr. Manager, CLM Implementation (Hybrid)

The Sr. Manager of CLM Implementation will be responsible for leading, managing, strategizing departmental operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, CLM implementation services. 

The role requires:

  • Capability to oversee end-to-end CLM implementation projects
  • Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and ensure successful delivery
  • Blend of leadership, technical expertise, and client relationship management skills
  • Working closely with the Legal/Contract management team to deliver a high-quality output

Responsibilities

  • Establish and lead the CLM implementation team
  • Set strategic direction to drive excellence in service delivery
  • Develop and maintain best practices, frameworks, and methodologies for effective CLM implementation
  • Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth
  • Oversee multiple CLM implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and maintaining quality standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary
  • Build strong relationships with clients to understand their business goals and requirements for CLM solutions
  • Conduct regular reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage the end-to-end CLM implementation process, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Configure CLM templates, clauses, workflows, and connectors 
    • CLM advanced (SFDC, Coupa) connector configuration
    • Partner connector configuration
    • Custom integration development
    • CLM Workflow implementation
  • Provide expertise in system configurations, integrations, and customizations for platforms like Ironclad, DocuSign CLM, Agiloft, Conga, Onit, etc 
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in CLM
  • Create BRD (Business Requirements Document) and IRD (Integration Requirements Document)
  • Prepare test case scripts for UAT and production instances
  • Conduct KT (Knowledge Transfer) sessions for UAT users
  • Plan and execute functional, regression, and sanity testing on Dev 
  • Involve in P2P (Push to Production) Process

Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, client relationship management, or similar roles, with a strong focus on CLM systems
  • In-depth end to end process knowledge of Implementation for different CLM tools
  • Demonstrated success in defining, tracking and communicating internal and business focused metrics

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Certification in different CLM Platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce
