Job Description:

Job Summary

The Director of Recruiting for Legal Solutions is responsible for overseeing the recruitment process for various positions. This role ensures efficient handling of candidate sourcing, screening, and hiring, contributing to effective talent acquisition and a positive candidate experience.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the sourcing and screening of candidates for various positions.

  • Conduct candidate assessments and interviews.

  • Manage and maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure smooth recruitment processes.

  • Provide excellent customer service to candidates and hiring managers.

  • Document and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

  • Support the full life cycle recruiting process, including onboarding.

  • Collaborate with HR team members to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiting professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education:

  • Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Preferred: Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

  • Experience:

  • Required: 7+ years of experience in recruiting or a related role.

  • Preferred: Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting software.

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
