Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and technically adept Senior Business Transformation Analyst to lead the analysis, optimization, and enhancement of business processes within the Legal Services organization. This role will also play a key part in shaping how we design and interact with AI systems—particularly large language models (LLMs)—by crafting effective prompts, designing intuitive conversational flows, and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Job Summary:

This role blends traditional business transformation with emerging AI interaction design. You will map current-state processes from legacy tools to new platforms, develop low-code/no-code workflow solutions, and lead initiatives that involve designing and optimizing interactions with AI agents. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that both business processes and AI-driven experiences are efficient, intuitive, and aligned with organizational goals.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Design and refine prompts for large language models (LLMs) to guide accurate, safe, and context-aware outputs, aligning model behavior with business goals and user needs.
  • Develop and iterate multi-turn conversational flows, reasoning paths, and user feedback loops to support intuitive and effective AI-powered interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including UX, product, and engineering—to shape seamless, accessible AI experiences. While not a software development role, the ability to engage with technical tools and workflows is valuable.
  • Analyze and map complex business processes across departments, identifying inputs, outputs, and dependencies.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using data-driven insights.
  • Lead the design and implementation of low-code/no-code workflow solutions (e.g., Power Platform, Decisions, Salesforce).
  • Evaluate and benchmark current processes against industry standards and best practices.
  • Drive adoption of new processes and tools through training, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation, AI integration, and digital transformation.

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Experience with prompt engineering, LLM interaction design, or conversational UX, with a focus on shaping model behavior and user experience rather than software development.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, or custom LLM applications, and the ability to fine-tune interactions through prompt design and iterative testing.
  • Understanding of natural language processing, AI safety, and human-centered design principles, especially in the context of conversational interfaces.
  • Proven experience in business process reengineering and transformation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) preferred.
  • Experience with Power BI, Excel, SQL, or other data analysis tools is an asset.
  • Experience with Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint/MS365, Power Platform, and Automation Anywhere is a plus.

The Compensation range for this role is 80,000 to 100,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location

Further details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.
