Job Overview

As a Senior Account Executive – Service Provider Sales, you will drive growth in select Partner accounts through RelativityOne sales, co-selling, and account management, as well as acquire new Partner accounts. You will demonstrate the value of RelativityOne to Partners, helping them expand their business and serve clients. Additionally, you will develop strategies to help Service Providers transition to RelativityOne with product positioning, economic, and commercial support.

Job Description and Requirement

Role Responsibilities 

  • Develop account plans to boost RelativityOne adoption, achieving high growth for Partners.  

  • Focus on helping clients understand and leverage the RelativityOne Certified Partner Program. 

  • Understand partners' business, technology footprint, cloud posture, strategic growth plans, and competition. Introduce Relativity's resources at the right stages of the sales cycle to advance opportunities. 

  • Use a disciplined approach to forecasting and opportunity management with SFDC and supporting tools.  

  • Attain fluency in sales enablement materials to help drive RelativityOne partners sales efforts 

  • Negotiate contracts among team members from business, legal, procurement, InfoSec, and finance. 

  • Build relationships to promote Relativity strategy through partner organizations. 

Qualifications 

  • Cloud/SaaS sales, transformation, or integration experience 

  • Complex solution selling experience 

  • Experience with large transactions and long sales campaigns 

  • Pipeline management and forecasting skills 

  • Up to 25% travel 

  • Experience in eDiscovery, SaaS transformation, litigation support, forensic technology, forensic accounting, or consulting services 

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes competitive cash on-target earnings (OTE) and long-term incentives. The expected OTE range for this role is between following values

$157,000 and $235,000

The final offered OTE will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
