eDiscovery Services and Archiving Technology is a sub domain of the Chief Information Office Corporate Functions (CIO CF), which is part of the Technology, Data, and Innovation (TDI) division. The domain supports the retention, preservation, and retrieval of electronically stored information to enable Deutsche Bank (DB) to meet its Compliance and Legal obligations. The  domain and sit in the Archiving Technology Team, which designs, implements, and operates solutions that enable the organization to retain data and records required to comply with the laws and regulations of the jurisdictions in which it operates.
 

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master / Technical Project Manager with a consultancy background, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and a track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will also bring strong communication and interpersonal skills to drive program delivery and executive engagement.

Your key responsibilities

  • Serving as Scrum Master and/or Project Manager for major programmes, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Leading agile ceremonies, managing project backlogs, and driving continuous improvement and overseeing and coordinating multiple concurrent projects across business and technology teams
  • Owning and managing project plans, risk logs, resource allocation, executive reporting, and decision-making processes
  • Preparing and presenting executive-level PowerPoint materials that clearly articulate programme progress, risks, and strategic decisions
  • Engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders including Legal, Compliance, Technology and senior leadership
  • Fostering a collaborative team environment and serving as a key liaison across workstreams and ensuring strong governance, financial control, and alignment with broader programme goals

Your skills and experience

  • Experience in Financial Services or Technology with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross-functional programmes
  • Consultancy background desired, bringing a structured, analytical approach to delivery and the ability to thrive in complex, fast-paced, and ambiguous environments
  • Interpersonal skills – able to build trust, influence stakeholders, and navigate matrixed organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously and deliver against tight deadlines
  • PowerPoint and presentation skills – confident producing high-impact, executive-ready materials
  • Solid understanding of both agile (e.g. Scrum ) and traditional delivery methodologies and proficient in JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
