The Product Adoption Services team works alongside the Expert Product Services team to provide scalable support for clients throughout their adoption journey, with a focus on one-to-many enablement activities and structured onboarding processes.Job Description and Requirements
Responsibilities
Conduct one-to-many enablement sessions during customer onboarding to ensure proper setup and initial adoption of Relativity products
Respond to and manage basic to intermediate customer inquiries regarding Relativity workflow across the product line
Support the delivery of standardized adoption materials and training programs created by LDI Education
Assist in capturing customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to implement solutions that address common business needs
Provide feedback to Expert Product Services team members about recurring adoption challenges and potential improvement opportunities
Participate in cross-functional meetings to represent the customer perspective during discussions about product enhancements
Support customers within a specific segment or product area under the guidance of senior team members
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Minimum of 5 years of eDiscovery experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Problem-solving aptitude with attention to detail
Exercise sound udgment and make independent decisions
Demonstrate consistent commitment to core company values
Customer-centric mindset with a desire to help others succeed
Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes
Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA) certification
Experience with AI/ML solutions for e-discovery is a plus

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values:
$77,000 and $115,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
