What Can You Expect   

  • Review, draft, and maintain construction contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, and vendor agreements.
  • Maintain corporate records, including entity formations, qualifications, and annual reports.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on active litigation matters.
  • Support internal investigations and incident reports.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Prepare and file mechanics liens, bond claims, and lien waivers

What You Bring to the Table   

  • Paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program OR Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years paralegal experience.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of paralegal/legal assistant experience, preferably in construction, employment, or corporate law.
  • Experience with construction contracts, mechanic’s liens, and construction law strongly preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery platforms and document management systems.
