Position Overview:
We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal - Environmental. This role prepares legal documents, correspondence and timelines under the direction of attorney(s). Coordinate and track case activities. Develop and implement appropriate systems for collecting and organizing case materials. Observe confidentiality of client and firm matters. This position supports attorneys who practice general liability and personal injury defense. This position requires 1,400 billed hours annually and has the potential for remote work up to 2 days per week, based on business need.

Salary Range and Benefits:
$83,000 - $98,000 β This salary range is dependent upon a variety of factors, which include but are not limited to the following: the candidateβs relevant experience, skill level, and demonstrated ability to perform all of the essential functions of the position as well as ability to perform functions which would arise from the needs of the position or as assigned, and all of the qualifications listed in the job description. WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position is capable of working partially remote, based on the needs of the attorneys and clients. The need to be in the office cannot be predicted as the work assigned will be based on multiple factors. When in the office, it is a normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature and the like. Travel outside the office may be necessary occasionally.
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time; frequently operates a computer and other office machinery such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer; frequently works under deadlines; occasionally needs to move about the office to access file cabinets, machinery, etc.
