Paralegal β Jenkins Law
Jenkins Law is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Paralegal to support attorneys in managing active casework from intake through resolution. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, can manage multiple priorities, and takes ownership of their work.
You will play a key role in keeping cases moving forward, ensuring documentation is accurate, deadlines are met, and attorneys are supported with high-quality legal work.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, correspondence, and discovery materials
Manage case files, ensuring all documentation is organized and up to date
Track deadlines, court dates, and filings to ensure compliance with all timelines
Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorneys
Assist with discovery, including document collection, review, and production
Communicate with clients, courts, and external parties as needed
Support trial preparation, including exhibit organization and coordination
Maintain accurate records within case management systems
This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, responsiveness, and accountability are critical to success.
Strong knowledge of legal processes, documentation, and court procedures
Experience with drafting legal documents and managing case files
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of organization and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
Ability to work independently while collaborating with attorneys
Preferred:
Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience
Experience with e-discovery tools or document management platforms
