O365 Tenant & SharePoint Administrator

Centrus Energy
Full-time
On-site
Pike County, Ohio, United States

Job Summary:

If you believe the digital workplace should be seamless, secure, and actually enjoyable to use, this role is for you. As the O365 Tenant & SharePoint Administrator at Centrus Energy, you’ll be the architect and guardian of our Microsoft 365 ecosystem—powering collaboration across the organization while keeping security, governance, and performance locked in. You’ll sit at the intersection of IT operations, cybersecurity, and business enablement, ensuring our cloud environment runs smoothly in a highly regulated, mission-driven environment.

What You’ll Do:

You will manage and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant across Exchange (hybrid and online), SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, and Entra ID, ensuring reliability, security, and compliance. You’ll configure governance and conditional access policies, oversee identity lifecycle management, monitor service health and licensing, and support feature rollouts and change management. On the SharePoint side, you’ll guide site provisioning, enforce information architecture standards, troubleshoot performance and access issues, and collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into practical solutions. You’ll also strengthen security posture through DLP, retention, eDiscovery, and audit configurations, automate processes using PowerShell, support Power Platform governance, and provide advanced user support and training to drive adoption across the enterprise.

We’d Love to Hear From People With:

  • 3 to 5 or more years of experience administering Microsoft 365 including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive
  • Strong understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, identity management, and Microsoft 365 security features
  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint site administration, permissions, and content management
  • Proficiency with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration
  • Solid knowledge of governance, compliance, and lifecycle management in cloud environments
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a “Q” clearance.

A Successful Candidate Brings:

  • Experience administering the Microsoft Power Platform
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Purview compliance tools
  • Background in enterprise migrations from on-premise shared folders to SharePoint Online
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, MS-700, SC-300, or equivalent.
  • Current “Q” or “L” clearance.
