Salary Package: Up to 60,000.00 PHP/Monthly

A forensic technology and expert services firm based in United States that helps legal teams analyze, visualize, and present complex evidence in court.

The Role

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Specialist to support our B2B marketing initiatives within the legal and forensic services industry. This is a remote support role focused on executing campaigns, producing professional marketing materials.

The ideal candidate thrives in a remote work environment, communicates clearly across time zones, and can execute marketing tasks independently while collaborating closely with Sales and Production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Execution (Remote Support)

  • Support the execution of B2B marketing campaigns targeting attorneys and corporate clients
  • Assist in implementing go-to-market initiatives for forensic, litigation support, and expert services
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure deadlines are met
  • Provide weekly progress updates to leadership

Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing

  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns for legal and professional audiences
  • Build and segment contact lists (law firms, insurance carriers, corporate counsel, etc.)
  • Design email templates aligned with brand guidelines
  • Monitor campaign performance and provide performance summaries
  • Assist in maintaining CRM records and lead tracking

Design & Content Production

  • Develop professional marketing materials using Canva and Adobe Photoshop, including:
    • Case studies
    • Expert bios
    • Service one-pagers
    • Brochures
    • Sales decks
    • Email and LinkedIn graphics
  • Ensure all materials maintain a polished, professional tone suitable for legal clients
  • Format and enhance thought leadership articles, whitepapers, and reports

Sales & Production Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Sales Team to prepare outreach materials and proposals
  • Support account-based marketing efforts
  • Coordinate with the Production/Forensic Team to ensure technical accuracy
  • Assist in preparing client-facing reports and presentation materials

Market & Competitive Research

  • Conduct research on competitors in the legal and forensic services space
  • Identify trends and opportunities in litigation support and forensic services
  • Provide insights to support campaign planning

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in legal, consulting, financial, or professional services
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients
  • Familiarity with legal, forensic accounting, digital forensics, or litigation support services (is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Canva and Adobe Photoshop, AI Tools, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat, etc.)
  • Experience managing email campaigns and marketing automation tools
  • Experience with Project Management and CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting proposal development or RFP submissions
  • Strong writing and content creation skills, with the ability to translate complex or technical topics into clear, compelling marketing narratives.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
  • Strong time management and accountability to meet deadlines
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment
  • Proven ability to work independently within a small, fast paced team. You proactively identify gaps, surface opportunities, and take ownership of solutions without waiting for direction.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to accelerate research, content production, and marketing workflows. You view AI as a productivity and quality multiplier- not a replacement for strategic thinking.
