Job Description:

Job Summary

The Litigation Support Specialist provides support to the litigation team by managing data, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and assisting with case management. This role involves preparing legal documents, managing electronic discovery, and collaborating with various teams.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Provide support to the litigation team by managing data and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

  • Prepare legal documents and manage electronic discovery.

  • Experience with eDiscovery tools including Relativity and Nuix.

  • Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and improve services.

  • Knowledge of EDRM.

  • Must be flexible with shift timings including night shift.

  • Must possess a strong understanding of electronic discovery tools and technology with an advanced level understanding of eDiscovery Processing and data extraction

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; a degree in Computer Science, Business Management or a closely related field of study is preferred

Experience:

  • Atleast 2-3 years of experience into Ediscovery.
