Provide operational and technical support in managing complex civil litigation matters, focusing on evidence review, discovery, and document workflows. Act as a bridge between legal, operations, and information management to ensure secure, timely, and organized access to litigation materials.
Key Outputs:
Litigation Case Support – Daily support for litigation matters, factual investigations, data analysis, timelines, and case coordination.
Evidence & Data Management – Manage document collection, digital evidence, databases, and litigation platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw).
Discovery & Disclosure – Execute e-discovery and document production, prepare privilege logs, and liaise with vendors and opposing counsel.
Systems & Process Efficiency – Maintain litigation systems, digital filing, dashboards, and support development of protocols and process improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications / Experience
A Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB or equivalent) and a strong foundation in legal practice.
At least 3 years’ post-articles litigation experience, ideally involving complex and high-stakes matters.
Exposure to cross-border litigation and international data transfers, with a strong grasp of confidentiality and compliance obligations.
Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume environments, balancing precision with efficiency.
A reputation for handling sensitive information with discretion and the highest standards of integrity.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, able to build trust and influence across all levels.
