Job DetailsJob Location: MEMPHIS, TN 38120Large Memphis law firm seeking an experienced, detail-oriented litigation paralegal.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide essential litigation support to attorneys.
· Perform administrative and other legal duties under the supervision of attorneys.
· Handle filing and organization of case files.
· Open new files and client matters and request conflict of interest checks.
· Gather and organize relevant case information from a variety of sources.
· Handle electronic filing of pleadings and court documents.
· Prepare and issue summonses, subpoenas, and notices.
· Assist attorneys with issuance, review, and processing of discovery documents.
· Prepare deposition summaries, trial notebooks, trial exhibits, and demonstrative exhibits.
· Liaise between clients and internal/external third parties.
· Preparation of monthly bills.
· Calander and track litigation deadlines.
· Maintain and generate docket reports for attorneys.
· Create monthly status reports for matters that are in process
QualificationsExperience & Qualifications:
· A minimum of 2 years' experience as a paralegal, or successful completion of a paralegal
program with paralegal certification by the National Association of Legal Assistants.
· Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize
tasks effectively.
· Multitasking skills with the ability to juggle deadlines for multiple clients at different stages of
litigation.
· Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures related to litigation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
· Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to new software systems and technology.
· Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
· Experience working with cloud-based document management systems, docketing systems,
and/or eDiscovery platform (preferred).

meet the qualifications and have a willingness to learn and assume responsibility. This is a great
