As a Legal Operations Director you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Legal Department. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) or Deputy General Counsel, you'll act as an interface between the Legal Department and other Bank departments (e.g., Audit, IT, Project Management) in assigned subject areas. Your primary focus will be to identify, develop and build upon Legal Department processes, driving innovation and culture that maximizes efficiency and effectiveness of the delivery of legal services to the Bank and its affiliates. In collaboration with Legal Department leadership, you'll be responsible for supporting the Legal Department’s strategic planning process and execution, finance and budget management, legal information technology, process and procedure development and documentation, outside counsel and legal vendor management, and communications and administration.What you'll need:
