Job Description:
The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for leading and managing software development activities within the organization. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills to ensure successful software development and implementation.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage software development teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Develop and implement software development plans, timelines, and budgets.
Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Monitor software development progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on software development status.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact software development success.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment within the software development team.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Experience
Required: Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development or a related field.
Preferred: Experience in leading software development teams and managing software development projects.
