Junior Analyst – Document Review Services

SUMMARY

The Junior Analyst role supports the Document Review Services Team Lead on active projects assigned to the Review Team. They understand client requirements, review documents, and extract relevant data. This role involves identifying patterns during the review process and providing updates to the Senior Analyst or Team Lead. The Junior Analyst is committed to meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

  • Documents analysis notes and tag the respective content based on the project specifications
  • Collaborates with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) closely for the latest updates or instructions on projects
  • Leverages review tools including Relativity, 4iG and custom tools to identify the required documents and extracts the data from the documents
  • Reports findings in a timely manner for the respective projects
  • Identifies the timing and indicators of data access based on the analysis
  • Responsible for integrity in analysis, quality for the projects
  • Manages multiple projects daily
  • Achieves the set targets for the projects
  • Performs other duties as assigned by management

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE  

  • Basic understanding of review document analysis especially in data breach review
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and experience working in a team environment 
  • Experience in Windows OS and VM’s
  • Knowledge and/or experience with various Review platforms (like Relativity, Xerox etc)
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft application (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc)

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have at least 0-2 years of Document review experience preferable having PII/PHI review
  • Degree in Law, Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Management, Statistics or Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to work greater than 40 hours per week as needed

   PHYSICAL DEMANDS

  • No physical exertion required
  • Travel within or outside of the state
