Job Description:

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Leads and manages hospitality services to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

  • Coordinates and oversees events to ensure they run smoothly and meet organizational standards.

  • Manages food and beverage (F&B) services, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.

  • Provides exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive experience.

  • Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage guest interactions and preferences.

  • Maintains inventory of hospitality supplies and ensures timely replenishment.

  • Implements and monitors hospitality management practices to enhance service delivery.

  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Ensures compliance with hospitality standards and regulations.

  • Trains and supervises hospitality staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

  • Monitors and evaluates guest feedback to continuously improve services.

  • Collaborates with other departments to coordinate and support hospitality-related activities.

  • Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service  

  • Recruits and interviews potential candidates for available positions at the site

  • Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site

  • Schedules personnel to ensure compliance with performance standards and makes sure contracted hours of operation are covered without incurring overtime

Qualifications & Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred but not required.

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, with a minimum of 1-3 years in a supervisory role.

  • Detail oriented with good attention to detail

  • Good verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

  • Ability to lead others in a professional manner

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time

The Compensation range for this role is 21.87 to 27.34 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
