Everlaw is seeking a Head of People Operations, Insights, & Total Rewards to join our People Team and drive innovative, scalable solutions that empower both our business and our employees. Reporting to the VP of People, you’ll own the people tech stack and operations, champion an equitable Total Rewards strategy, and unlock the power of People analytics.

This is a full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr.

In your role, you'll...
- Design an exceptional employee experience: Streamline operations for a smooth day-to-day employee experience, create a trusted Total Rewards strategy, and use data to solve complex people challenges while fostering care and discretion.
- Build for scale: Translate our cultural vision into a tech stack, systems, and processes that efficiently support the entire employee lifecycle while upholding compliance.
- Drive insights and solutions: Collect and leverage people data to inform strategic decisions, measure engagement and retention, and continuously improve our programs and processes.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives: Serve as a mini “strategy team” to the broader People org, delivering high-impact projects such as an inclusive benefits strategy or leveraging AI to optimize team efficiency.
- Foster organizational alignment: Partner with stakeholders at all levels to understand needs, communicate strategy, and drive program adoption, ensuring alignment with our Core Values.
- Inspire a high-performing team: Lead and develop a team of 4, ensuring they deliver exceptional results that support nearly 500 Everlawyers.
Benefits
- The expected salary range for this role is between $200,000 - $270,000. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate’s experience and skills. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
