Position Summary:

The Reporting Analyst supports and publishes reports across business units and functional teams, ensuring timely delivery to Management and Court Reporting leadership. This role involves close collaboration with the FP&A team and stakeholders in ANZ International Court Reporting to collect and deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Weekly Reporting:

  • Collect weekly revenue estimates, distinguishing between contracts and transactional services.
  • Coordinate with the business team, acting as a business partner.
  • Prepare KPI and penalty reports.
  • Track new hires and terminations, comparing with budget.
  • Reconcile Non-IC (Contractor) vendor invoices against prior month and year.

Monthly Reporting:

  • Analyze P&L for revenue and costs before each WD close.
  • Prepare payroll and leave balances reports.
  • Provide labor split by employee, cost center, and GL to finance monthly.
  • Conduct contractor cost analysis against budget/forecast.
  • Maintain and share the casual workers file with HR and Operations.
  • Assist management with ad-hoc requests.

Qualifications:

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Strong understanding of data, analysis, and reporting concepts.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to delve into system details to identify and solve issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Independent, with high initiative.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, presentation).
  • Proficiency in database and reporting technologies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple concurrent activities.
  • Strong financial background and analytical skills.

Education and Experience:

  • An undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Strong accounting foundation required.
  • 2-3 years of financial and/or accounting experience, including data reporting.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and other MS Office products.
  • Experience with SAP and SharePoint is a plus.

Special Requirements:

  • Typical work week of 40+ hours, with overtime as needed to meet business requirements and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders for data collection and reporting.
  • Availability to meet periodically during normal Australia business hours.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to sit for extended periods, performing work on a computer.

Work Location:

  • Primarily Location will be Hyderabad Office
  • Hybrid model (3 days office & 2 days WFH) and subject to change in Company policies.
