Position Overview: Cellebrite is hiring a Senior Field Marketing role covering Brazil and supporting broader Latin American initiatives. Brazil is one of Cellebrite’s most important growth markets in Latin America. This is a senior marketing presence in the region, operating as a strategic partner to sales leadership and a direct contributor to pipeline growth across law enforcement, defense, and enterprise accounts. Build and execute the Regional Marketing engine that turns that demand into qualified pipeline. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Director, local partners, and global marketing to build programs that work for Brazil, not programs translated from English and dropped into the market.
Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation and Regional Strategy
- Own the regional marketing plan for Brazil. Define targets, identify high-value accounts, and build campaigns that generate and accelerate pipeline.
- Partner with the regional sales director and account teams to align marketing activity to territory plans and revenue targets.
- Design and execute ABM programs, executive roundtables, and account-specific plays for strategic public safety and enterprise accounts.
- Track marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline with clear attribution. Report results to regional sales leadership and global marketing.
Event Strategy and Execution
- Plan and execute regional events: user forums, industry conferences, partner events, roadshows, and technical workshops.
- Build relationships with key industry associations and event organizers across Brazil’s public safety and enterprise sectors.
- Own pre-event, on-site, and post-event execution including promotion, lead capture, follow-up sequences, and ROI analysis.
- Represent Cellebrite at regional industry events with authority and substance.
Localization and Market Intelligence
- Adapt global campaigns, messaging, and assets for the Brazilian market. This means cultural adaptation, not just translation.
- Develop Brazil-specific content, case studies, and proof points that resonate with local buyers and their procurement realities.
- Serve as the voice of the Brazilian market back to global marketing, product marketing, and sales. Surface competitive intelligence, customer feedback, and market trends.
Partner and Channel Marketing
- Develop co-branded campaigns and demand generation programs with regional channel partners.
- Equip partners with localized assets, messaging, and event materials.
- Track partner-sourced pipeline and influence to optimize the partner marketing investment.
Sales Enablement and Alignment
- Act as the senior marketing partner for Brazil’s sales organization. Attend pipeline reviews, QBRs, and strategic account planning sessions.
- Ensure every major campaign includes sales enablement materials and talk tracks before launch.
- Build a feedback loop between field activity and global campaign planning.
Budget and Vendor Management
- Manage the Brazil field marketing budget with full P&L accountability.
- Source and manage local agencies, vendors, contractors, and event partners.
- Ensure clean tracking of spend against pipeline return.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Field Marketing, Demand Generation, or Regional Marketing leadership in B2B technology, with at least 3 years focused on the Brazilian market.
- Proven track record of building and executing regional marketing programs that generated measurable pipeline. Bring the numbers.
- Experience partnering with enterprise sales teams in Brazil, ideally selling to government, law enforcement, defense, or regulated enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of Brazil’s public safety landscape, procurement processes, and the cultural dynamics of selling to federal, state, and municipal agencies (Policia Federal, Policia Civil, Ministerio Publico)
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus for broader LATAM coordination.
- Strong vendor and agency management skills. You have built a local supplier network and know how to get quality work done in the Brazilian market.
- Analytical rigor. You manage budgets, track pipeline attribution, and make investment decisions based on data.
- Self-starter mentality. You will be the most senior marketing person in the region. You need to operate with autonomy and sound judgment.
- Familiarity with digital forensics, eDiscovery, or investigative technology markets in Latin America.
