Job Description:

EPIQ is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Equipment Team (ET) Specialist. The ET Specialist will provide on-site technology-related support services within our client location. 

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to operate a computer in basic terms as well as coaching and troubleshooting for others
  • Provide support for technical requests and flex services with a "can do" attitude and philosophy
  • Field incoming support requests from end users via telephone, email and service desk system queue in a courteous and timely manner
  • Engage firm IT through the client’s IT team as needed.
  • Accurately communicate with client staff and EPIQ team members regarding commitments, deadlines, challenges, requests, etc.
  • Assist with conference room support for technology, including video conferences
  • Assist with managing the hardware inventory, monitor and distribute
  • Maintain ongoing communications with all departments managed by Epiq, providing support as needed and requested by ET Supervisor and/or site leadership
  • Assist in other areas of the site, on an as-needed basis.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1-year professional level work experience

  • Previous experience in a client service-oriented field preferred

  • Ability to multitask with attention to detail

  • Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater

  • Ability to grasp, lift or carry or packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.

  • Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for an extended period of time

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Some travel may be required

  • Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision

The Compensation range for this role is 18.19 to 20.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
