  • Solid understanding of employment law and HR practices, with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and develop expertise
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands effectively
  • Conducting research on federal, state, and local employment laws and responding to client inquiries on employment law issues.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including experience drafting legal briefs, memoranda, and professional correspondence
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with document management or e-discovery platforms such as Relativity

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

  • Bachelor’s degree; Juris Doctor (JD) preferred

Who You Are is Who We Are

MMA Midwest has created an award-winning culture largely due to meeting our colleagues where they are, celebrating their differences and building an inclusive environment. We challenge ourselves to create a workplace where our colleagues feel not only welcomed, but feel they belong; where we not only embrace diverse perspectives and opinions but seek them out; and where we ask not how a colleague fits our culture, but what they add to it.

Marsh McLennan and its affiliates are EOE Minority/Female/Disability/Vet/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity employers.
