In this role, you will lead sensitive internal investigations involving fraud, bribery and corruption, information security, and data privacy matters while partnering with key business stakeholders to protect our people, clients, and operations.

Lead end-to-end investigations, including allegation review, planning, evidence collection, interviews, and reporting.
Handle sensitive matters involving fraud, bribery and corruption, IT security, and data privacy incidents.
Manage multiple investigations at once while maintaining accurate case files and documentation.
Prepare clear, objective investigation reports with findings and recommendations.
Conduct OSINT research and collaborate with internal partners on investigative and security initiatives.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior leadership and, when needed, law enforcement.
Maintain strict confidentiality, professionalism, and flexibility for urgent matters and travel as required.
Complete all assigned, mandatory training within the timeframe provided.
Conduct and/or participate in regularly scheduled 1:1 meetings with your direct manager and/or direct reports.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in corporate investigations or law enforcement.
Strong experience conducting interviews, reviewing evidence, analyzing data, and writing investigation reports.
Proficiency in OSINT and case management systems.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
Proficiency with standard office and collaboration tools.
Experience working with law enforcement and cross-functional business teams.
Experience in threat assessment methodology.
Cybersecurity awareness and computer-related investigative experience.
Experience using AAL and Dune.
Experience with eDiscovery tools such as Microsoft Purview and Netskope.
Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
Experience in a corporate environment.
Relevant certifications such as PCI, CPP, CTM, CFE, and/or CFI.
