eDiscovery Analyst (Contractor)

Key Responsibilities

Generate and manage daily disablement reports for employees under legal hold.
Ensure proper documentation and final collection of data.
Adhere to standard operating procedures and eDiscovery best practices.
Assist in managing laptop asset tracking and collection for litigation cases.
Perform quality control (QC) checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with help desk and cross-functional teams to facilitate collection and preservation efforts.
Support Microsoft Purview collection activities under guidance from senior team members.
Track, document, and report on project tasks and metrics.
Work with cross-functional teams across different divisions to meet project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

3-5 years of eDiscovery experience.
Experience with tools such as Reveal, Relativity, or other eDiscovery platforms.
Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
Prior experience in corporate, legal, or vendor environments.
Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
