As an eDiscovery Data Analyst, you’ll support the preparation, processing, and management of digital data used in litigation and legal review. You’ll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure data is accurate, secure, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Prepare and process electronically stored information (ESI) for legal review platforms
• Handle sensitive client data for litigation, analytics, and hosted review
• Support and maintain multiple databases and projects while following strict security and confidentiality standards
• Migrate data to secure, online platforms used by legal teams
• Troubleshoot processing and database issues until a full resolution is achieved
• Double-check data accuracy and ensure all client and project requirements are met
• Communicate regularly with internal teams to keep projects moving and on track
• Meet deadlines and ensure data deliverables are accurate and high quality
• Stay up to date on eDiscovery standards, tools, and technologies

What We’re Looking For

• Experience as an eDiscovery Analyst (law firm or eDiscovery vendor experience is a plus)
• Strong English communication and comprehension skills
• Programming or technical experience is a plus, but not required
• Comfortable working graveyard shifts (weekends off)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to dig into problems until they’re solved
