We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Review Paralegal to join our growing team. This role is critical to ensuring that we deliver exceptional support to our clients by accurately analyzing and summarizing case files. As a Document Review Paralegal, you will play a vital role in supporting our Claims Advocates and Attorneys by reviewing and analyzing complex case files.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting a thorough review of clients’ claims files in an electronic format
- Identifying and mapping significant information within claims files to assist the team
- Locating key documents and evidence necessary for advancing client cases
- Analyzing complex legal materials and synthesizing information into concise summaries
- Preparing case file synopses to guide the legal team in representing our clients
This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines.

Minimum Requirements:
- High School degree required; Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.
- Prior professional office experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting salary is $31,200 annually
- Eligible for a monthly incentive program after a probationary period based on business needs

Additional Details:
- This role is available onsite at our Providence, RI Headquarters or remotely in the following states: CO, CT, FL, GA, MA, NJ, RI, SC, TX, UT
- Work Schedule: This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST with a 30-minute lunch period.
- Remote Work Expectations: While this role offers the flexibility of working remotely, it is not a flexible schedule. Employees are expected to maintain the set working hours and dedicate their full attention to the role during this time. Remote work requires a professional, distraction-free environment to ensure productivity and accuracy. Employees must have reliable access to their own internet connection (30 Mbps upload speeds, minimum) and internet router to work remotely.
