Summary
The Disclosure and Litigation Support Analyst understands the principles, concepts, and techniques in the field of managing records and enterprise content management systems (ECM), through all phases of their life cycle including: creation, collection, maintenance, use, and disposition.

Education and Experience
Master's degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience, Bachelorβs degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience, Associates Degree with a minimum of 14 years relevant experience, or no degree with a minimum of 18 years of relevant experience. College coursework must involve records, privacy, project management, information management, and/or library science. Relevant experience includes but not limited to: records management, library science, scientific discipline, document and knowledge management, training, and archiving, creation, collection, indexing, digitizing, transportation, and storage of records.
Knowledge and Skills
Communication skills.
Computer skills including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and scanning.
Ability to perform complex professional tasks both independently and as a team and to analyze and develop innovative solutions to problems.
Provides superior professionalism and customer service.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Understands the basic principles, concepts, and techniques for managing records through all phases of the lifecycle.
Has the level of language skills, communications skills, reasoning ability, technical skills, and computer skills necessary to perform the essential functions of the position.
A valid driver's license
Physical and Working Conditions
Light workβsignificant degree of walking or standing, lifting up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or up to 10 lbs. of force frequently.
