Job Summary:

Are you an experienced product manager that has led the development and introduction of SaaS applications for the legal industry? If you are we want to talk. To remain in our market-leading position, we are seeking an experienced director of product management to lead the go-to-market launch plans for our proprietary eDiscovery SaaS products.

Responsibilities:

  • Devise and execute go-to-market launch plans and timelines for our eDiscovery SaaS product
  • Develop excellent working relationships with the sales team.  Create and communicate use cases for our eDiscovery SaaS product to improve sales knowledge and ability to close deals
  • Coordinate with product marketing to ensure our marketing assets are up to date and useful to the sales team and prospects
  • Develop a detailed knowledge of the market's needs
  • Be aware of global eDiscovery SaaS product trends, and the characteristics of each region to ensure smooth product launches
  • Coordinate the activities of a cross functional team, including engineering, operations, client success management, marketing, and sales to lead successful product launches
  • Meet with clients and business stakeholders to conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps in available solutions supporting litigation and investigation
  • Communicate product vision, value proposition, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and client success teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies and time zones, including other product managers, engineering, data science, design, and sales, to drive go-to-market and product launch.
  • Coordinate with the VP of Product to define and prioritize product requirements and user stories based on client feedback, data analysis, and business objectives.
  • Analyze and report on product performance KPIs, using data to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Incorporate feedback from end-users, sales, and other business stakeholders to continuously improve the product, drive adoption and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 7+ years of experience as a B2B SaaS product manager, ideally in the legal industry.
  • Strong initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Strong understanding of the legal industry, customers, and competitors is preferred.
  • Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS, or Google).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly sales, marketing, engineering, and other business stakeholders.
  • Experience working in an agile team using scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. #LI-Remote #LI-RC1

The Compensation range for this role is 160,773.30 - 321,546.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
