Interpath Advisory is seeking a seasoned Director of eDiscovery to lead and grow our eDiscovery team within the Data and Technology group. This pivotal role requires a blend of strong sales and operational oversight to drive our go-to-market initiatives while managing client relationships. Our eDiscovery and Digital Forensics unit plays a critical role in navigating complex data challenges faced by clients involved in disputes, investigations, and restructurings. You will be responsible for scaling our capabilities and ensuring high-quality delivery on various projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a sound understanding of the EDRM model and the strategic expertise to help clients manage diverse datasets, including emails, cloud storage, and social media. You will collaborate closely with data analytics and subject matter experts to tailor our services to meet the unique demands of each client's situation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, showcasing our eDiscovery capabilities and guiding them through proposals and cost estimates.
  • Drive business development efforts by identifying new revenue opportunities and converting networking relationships into sales leads.
  • Provide advisory services based on the EDRM model, assisting clients in data analysis and decision-making processes.
  • Oversee project teams to successfully meet client objectives and ensure the delivery of critical project outcomes.
  • Manage project budgets and provide accurate revenue forecasting and invoicing.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to expand service offerings within existing engagements.

Consulting and Management Skills:

  • Proven experience in managing teams with effective people management skills.
  • Track record of generating new business within a professional services firm.
  • Significant client engagement experience with excellent communication skills.
  • Positive, motivated, and able to inspire others.
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.


Technical Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, computer science, finance, or a related field.
  • Expertise in the EDRM framework and hands-on experience with eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Nuix).
  • Familiarity with forensic capture software (e.g., EnCase).
  • Knowledge of database management and programming (e.g., SQL, Python).
  • Experience in system administration across Microsoft and Linux environments.
