Job Description:
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Recruiter will have primary responsibility for managing the full life cycle recruitment . Incumbent will work with the members of the Management Team and Leadership to stay abreast of hiring needs to determine optimum recruitment methods to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool. As the subject matter expert, incumbent proactively coordinates independent recruitment activities, participates in job fairs, virtual career fairs , presentations and other company recruiting activities. This incumbent possesses considerable sourcing and interviewing skills and techniques, strong knowledge of all specialized functions in the high volume and hourly staffing space, a basic understanding of the Company's organizational structure and drive for successful results.
