Position Details:

This direct hire role is full time and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM. No nights, no weekends. The work location is downtown Minneapolis, directly off Nicollet Mall at the RBC Tower. Business standards are required.

Hourly Compensation: $21.00-$22.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities

This direct hire role Copy/Mail Team Member- Full-Time, and performs office services work. Hours will range within M-F 8:00AM- 6:00PM.

• Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
• Operating mailing, copy equipment; Shipping & Receiving; Ordering supplies
• Pick-up and deliver mail, parcels, copy jobs and faxes to customers
• Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment
• Consistently adhere to business procedure guidelines
• Adhere to all safety procedures
• Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Must have access to reliable transportation 
• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) - College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management
• Customer Service/ Hospitality/ Retail background preferred
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment
• Lifting up to 55 pounds
