Job Description:

Job Summary

The Claims Paralegal supports claims management, legal research, and quality assurance. This role requires strong analytical thinking, communication, and organizational skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Support claims management and processing.

  • Conduct legal research and provide legal support services.

  • Oversee quality assurance and reporting.

  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members.

  • Maintain professional etiquette and organizational abilities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Business, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in claims management or a related role.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

The Compensation range for this role is 21.33 - 42.66 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
