Job Description:

The Senior Records Specialist manages and maintains organizational records, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. This role involves analyzing records management processes and providing training and support to staff.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain organizational records.

  • Ensure the accuracy and security of records.

  • Adept at managing changing priorities.

  • Develop and implement records management policies and procedures.

  • Conduct audits and assessments of records management practices.

  • Provide training and support to records management staff.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve records management processes.

  • Familiarity with the flowing software - iManage, DMS, Teams, Excel

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, metrics gathering and reporting.

  • Ability to translate business records from Spanish to English.

  • Required travel (10% to 20%) to offices across the continental US, and Mexico City.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Management or related field preferred, not required.

  • Experience: 5+ years in records management.

  • Certification: Certified Records Manager (CRM) Information Governance Professional (IGP) or similar preferred, not required.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment and perform tasks that may require sitting, standing, and using office equipment.

  • This is an on site position and applicants should expect to work in the office Monday - Friday (No remote or hybrid work)

The Compensation range for this role is 19.01 to 24.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
