Assistant Vice President – Litigation Technology Support

 

Position 

This hire will be a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Regulatory Group, which is responsible for managing the Firm’s litigation and regulatory docket, including litigations, subpoenas, branch exams and inspections, regulatory change tracking, investigations and governance-related tasks.  The Firms Litigation and Regulatory Group is housed within its Legal Department.    

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with in-house and outside counsel globally on electronic communication archive queries and collections for litigations, subpoenas, branch exams and investigations.
  • Obtain mobile phone device collections as needed.
  • Monitor, manage and provide training on in-house e-Discovery tool.
  • Collect documents for litigation holds and other matters at the direction of in-house counsel.
  • Help with books and records and electronic communication initiatives (application certifications, employee certifications and training, etc.).
  • Act as a liaison with legal team on document retention policy issues.

 

Required Background

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including technology and financial services
  • Ability to quickly learn electronic communications systems
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
  • Solid project management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint 

 

 

Primary Location: New York, NY Full Time Salary Range of $95,000-$110,000.

The salary offered will take into consideration an individual’s experience level and qualifications.
