Berkeley Research Group, LLC (BRG) is a global consulting firm that helps leading organizations advance in three key areas: disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and strategy and operations. Headquartered in California with over 40 offices around the world, we are an integrated group of experts, industry leaders, academics, data scientists, and professionals working beyond borders and disciplines.
As we expand our footprint, we’re seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Associate Director / Senior Managing Consultant to strengthen our eDiscovery & Forensics practice in the Dubai office, with influence extending across the wider APAC region.

Responsibilities
As senior consulting staff, you’ll take charge of complex, high‑stakes matters — guiding teams, partnering with clients, and delivering world‑class solutions. Your impact will be felt across every phase of the digital investigation lifecycle.
You will:
Lead strategic communication with clients, ensuring clarity, confidence, and exceptional service.
Run electronic evidence collection operations on‑site across the UAE, navigating diverse environments and challenges.
Use industry‑leading and proprietary tools to extract, analyze, and process complex datasets.
Direct teams as they apply advanced analytics and create bespoke solutions for evolving client needs.
Oversee high‑quality data handling — from processing to conversion, analysis to QC.
Collaborate across BRG teams globally to deliver seamless, integrated results.
Support the business development initiatives and go-to-market strategy to further promote BRG capabilities in the region.
This is a role for someone who thrives in complexity, leads with confidence, and excels in the intersection of technology, investigation, and strategy.
