Job Description:

Job Summary

The Associate Director of Client Services oversees customer relationship management, resource allocation, and quality assurance. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee customer relationship management and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Manage resource allocation and quality assurance.

  • Provide strategic thinking and team leadership.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 7-10 years of experience in client services or a related role.
