IST Management is a rapidly growing business process outsourcing (BPO) company specializing in providing solutions for the management of digital and physical information through Facilities Management, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services. This is a full-time, direct-hire position.

Hours of Operations: Monday-Friday - 7am - 4pm (Some nights and weekend coverage will be requested)
Responsibilities
- Coordinates all activities for on-site faculty and staff
- Runs mail meters and resolves any issues or maintenance
- Prioritize work and deploy staff as required to ensure customer needs are met in regards to on-time delivery of services and quality of work
- Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis
- Orders all supplies for department
- Submit work orders as necessary for any on-site maintenance
- Ensures all work standards are met on a consistent basis by IST site employees
- Coodinate delivery/pick-up for all perishable packages, ensuring content delivery
- Insures maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures
- Acts as liason to client in absence of on-site manager
- Manages, trains and coaches employees and develops a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction
- Ensures the proper and safe use of all equipment used by employees
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- One year experience supervising or managing similar operations preferred
- Copying/scanning/mailing, Xerox equipment experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings
- Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees
- Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers
- Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
- Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
- Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities
- A valid driverβs license and/or reliable transportation to and from work
- Lifting up to 55 pounds
- Standing for long periods of time
- Significant walking
- Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
