Job Description:
The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and analytical thinking to support financial operations.
Essential Job Responsibilities
Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing and verification.
Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).
Maintain high accuracy in all financial transactions.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
