Job Description:

Job Summary

The Accounts Payable Analyst is responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. This role requires a high level of attention to detail and analytical thinking to support financial operations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Manage the accounts payable process, including invoice processing and verification.

  • Perform account reconciliations and bank reconciliations.

  • Analyze financial data and prepare reports.

  • Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOP).

  • Maintain high accuracy in all financial transactions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
