Overview

We are seeking a dynamic professional individual with strong management skills and a background/experience of 3+ years in office support operations as a Workplace Services Site Manager in our Woodlands, TX office.  This role involves handling the setups for all conference/meeting room events, mail & shipping/receiving services and hospitality services, etc.  The ideal candidate must be detail-oriented with an excellent focus in customer service.  IST Management Services is the fastest growing national management company in the industry.  IST Management is a BPO Company (Business Process Outsourcing) specializing in providing solutions for the management of physical and digital information through Workplace Services, eDiscovery, and Electronic Document Management services.

Hourly Compensation: $20.00 - $20.00 USD per hrly (DOE)

 

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday   8:00 AM - 5:00 PM  

 

Location:   The Woodlands, TX   (Employee parking is provided and is free) 

Responsibilities

The Workplace Services Site Manager will be responsible for handling the setups for all conference/meeting room events, mail & shipping/receiving services, and hospitality services, etc.  Additional responsibilities include:

 

  • Mail related tasks and supporting services such as mail runs & package deliveries to departments
  • Assemble and break down conference layouts (chairs, tables, etc)
  • Ensure all work standards are met consistently on a daily basis
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients
  • Monitor & control expenses and budget, keeping upper management updated regularly
  • Adhere to all safety and security procedures & protols

Qualifications

The qualifications for the Workplace Services Site Manager must be detailed oriented with an excellent focus in customer service.  Additional qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3+ years or more background experience in management
  • Professional appearance and demeanor - a must 
  • Demonstrate sound judgement with the ability to think quickly during an emergency situations
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal & written) and organizational skills
  • Lifting up to 55 pounds
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
