Your role:

Reporting to the Vendor Success Lead and closely collaborating with the Legal team, the Vendor Success Administrator will assist with various Vendor Success initiatives, including aiding in the management and organization of our vendor contract repository, assisting with intake and triage. You will work primarily with the Vendor Success team but will also interact with other departments to understand their software licensing needs and the tools they use in day to day operations to support Vendor Success Lead.

Your responsibilities:

  • Assisting with the execution of Vendor Success processes and initiatives:
    • Working with outside teams to determine software functions, license counts, etc. and guiding them through the Vendor Success process
    • Ensuring outside teams and Vendor Success stakeholders are all adhering to internal policies
  • Tracking upcoming renewals and sending reminders to the appropriate software business owners
  • Triaging new tasks
  • Assisting the Legal team to manage the contract lifecycle including new vendor agreements, renewals, and terminations
  • Coordinating tasks and following up with internal stakeholders to secure required approvals
  • Preparing pricing analyses
  • Providing administrative support to the Vendor Success and Legal teams as necessary
  • Maintaining and regularly updating an internal vendor contract management system

About you:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of four years in related administrative role
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Minimum of two years of experience managing a contract repository
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of contract composition
  • Adhere to set internal procedures
  • Process driven and interested in continuous improvement
  • Comfortable with rapid change, and with adopting new tools including AI
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines is critical
  • Knowledge and interest in the technology industry an asset
  • Experience with Teamwork.com an asset
  • High level knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe suite
  • Ability to work independently and proactively

Compensation:

Global Relay advertises the pay range for this role in compliance with British Columbia’s pay transparency laws. Individual pay rates are determined by evaluating factors such as expertise, skills, education, and professional background. 

The range below reflects the expected annual base salary, which is only one element of our comprehensive total rewards package designed to reflect our company pay philosophy, culture and values. We aim to foster an inspiring work environment and support employees' work-life rhythms. Employees also receive annual allotted vacation days, which increase based on tenure.
