Manage and coordinate all reorganization and eDiscovery requests. Ensure timely execution of approved tasks and maintain audit-ready documentation. Oversee process adherence to ITIL and compliance standards. Drive continuous service improvement initiatives and identify automation opportunities. Act as escalation point for operational issues and stakeholder communication. Prepare and deliver KPI and SLA reports for management. Facilitate CAB meetings and improvement workshops. Strong understanding of Windows File Services structure and delegated rights. Analytical and strategic thinking. ITIL v4 Managing Professional (mandatory).
