CACI is seeking a Supervisory Clerical (Executive Assistant) to support the Department of Justice. This role is ideal for a highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced office environment and enjoys supporting senior leadership, attorneys, and cross-functional teams.
This position focuses on administrative coordination, deliverable tracking, event planning, and office operations, with regular interaction with federal prosecutors and DOJ leadership. Depending on assignment, this role may support high-profile and visible initiatives within the Federal Government.

Responsibilities:
The Supervisory Clerical performs a broad range of administrative and coordination duties, including but not limited to:
•Coordinating efforts between operational units to support attorney deliverables, office initiatives, and compliance with DOJ policies.
•Supporting DOJ leadership and attorneys through calendar management, follow-ups on deliverables, and coordination of meetings, trainings, and events.
•Maintaining and organizing DOJ recordkeeping and administrative tools, including SharePoint and other internal systems.
•Drafting memoranda and providing general administrative support, including travel coordination, supply management, and office operations.
•Preparing materials for hearings, meetings, and legal proceedings, including binder creation, document organization, labeling, and quality control.
•Assisting with document handling tasks such as blowback generation, Bates stamping, scanning/imaging preparation, and ensuring original documents are accurately reassembled.
•Supporting logistical needs such as shipping materials, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with the different units
•Directs and supervises clerical staff in performing support functions such as photocopying, courier/delivery services, document retrieval, faxing information, etc.
•Performs quality control and ensures timely delivery of all specified deliverables.
•Tracks progress of all clerical activities and reports status to appropriate Contractor manager.
•Arranges routine and emergency service and maintenance of office equipment.
•Oversees the organization and maintenance of correspondence files.
Qualifications:
Required:
•Ability to operate a variety of office equipment, including PCs, printers, photocopiers, scanners, telephone systems, fax machines, numbering, and binding equipment, etc.
•Must be able to write and print clearly.
•Must have typing/keyboarding skills and good communication skills.
•Attention to detail very important.
•Must take the initiative to ask questions when necessary to complete task correctly (e.g. where instructions are not explicit or appear to be contrary to the task objective).
•Ability to work well in a team environment and ability to read and follow instructions very important.
•Must be able to prioritize and manage work for several people.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).

Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage:
$26.61
