We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Paralegal to provide comprehensive support across disputes, litigation, and related legal matters. This role involves managing complex case workflows, coordinating with outside counsel and vendors, and ensuring all legal processes are executed efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of big law rigor and in-house experience, effectively handling multiple matters independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams. You will play a critical role in supporting attorneys, managing discovery, overseeing insurance claims, and maintaining organized records, all in a fast-paced and globally connected environment.

  • Accountabilities:
  • Serve as a key point of contact for disputes and litigation matters, ensuring clear communication with attorneys and stakeholders.
  • Manage case files, deadlines, and meetings, maintaining both electronic and physical records.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel, e-discovery vendors, and insurance brokers to support case management and claims administration.
  • Conduct legal research and assist in drafting, proofreading, and editing pleadings, motions, briefs, internal memoranda, and reports.
  • Manage discovery processes, including legal holds, document collection, responsiveness review, and privilege assessment.
  • Track invoices, budgets, and financials for outside counsel and vendors using legal billing software.
  • Support bankruptcy and creditor matters, including monitoring dockets, filing proofs of claim, and maintaining creditor matrices.
  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal certificate from an accredited (ABA-approved) program.
  • 5–7 years of litigation paralegal experience, including in-house and Am Law 100 or equivalent law firm experience.
  • Proven ability to manage outside counsel, vendors, and all stages of disputes and litigation.
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and court rules.
  • Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis), eDiscovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Everlaw), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • 7–10 years of litigation experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting compliance, governance, labor & employment, or data privacy matters.
  • SaaS or technology industry experience.
  • Familiarity with contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and GRC platforms (e.g., OneTrust, LogicGate).
  • Bankruptcy and creditor rights experience.
