 Sr. Paralegal

Buena Park, CA

Employment Type: Full-Time 

Rate of Pay: $100k - $125k/yr

 

We’re looking for a Sr. Paralegal to join our team. where you’ll support a fast-paced 3PL legal team across warehouse real estate, labor and employment matters, and commercial operations. Partner with counsel, HR, and operations to keep legal work organized, accurate, and on schedule.


  Responsibilities 

  • Assist counsel with warehouse leases, amendments, renewals, and real estate due diligence; track critical dates and obligations.
  • Support labor and employment matters, including wage-and-hour issues, workplace investigations, agency responses, and litigation.
  • Draft and review commercial agreements, NDAs, and legal correspondence under attorney supervision.
  • Coordinate discovery, legal holds, document collection, and outside counsel requests; maintain matter files and calendars.
  • Maintain entity records, filings, and compliance documentation; coordinate legal projects with HR and operations.

  

What You Bring to the Table:     

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
  • Hands-on experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, including leases and due diligence.
  • Experience supporting labor and employment law matters, including disputes and regulatory compliance.
  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or a paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research, document management, and deadline tracking.

  Preferred Requirements:

  • Experience in 3PL, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or another multi-site business.
  • Experience with industrial real estate portfolios, lease administration, and facility expansions.
  • Exposure to multi-state employment laws, union matters, or collective bargaining agreements.
  • Experience with e-discovery platforms, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations tools.
  • Recognized paralegal certification, such as NALA CP or NFPA RP.
