What’s unique about this role?
Solution Consultants in the AI & Analytics group are specialists focused on managing the application of our proprietary and third-party predictive AI and GenAI solutions for specific litigations and investigations. They also play a key role in designing and refining enterprise analytics programs for our corporate clients.
As part of an innovation-focused team, Lighthouse AI & Analytics consultants play a pivotal role in articulating and prioritizing the requirements for the next wave of our proprietary tools, and also play a central role in validating functionality of new tools once developed. This role is both highly consultative and highly process/tech-oriented requiring a deep knowledge of discovery workflows and requirements, and high literacy with respect to the state-of-the-art in discovery review and analytics technology.
What will this person do?
Execution and Consultation surrounding AI & Analytics client projects, including:
- Leading client-facing scoping and implementation on projects leveraging predictive AI, GenAI, and/or structured analytics.
- Serve as a consultative partner to clients, advising on the design, application, and validation of AI & Analytics solutions aligned to matter and business objectives.
- Partnering with clients to ensure requirements remain current across the lifecycle of the engagement and (re)aligning development approach to those requirements
- Meticulous data tracking, statistical validation design and implementation, and metrics reporting to support the transparency and accountability of algorithmic discovery reviews.
- Coordination with support and technical teams across the organization to ensure we are leveraging the full suite of LH capabilities to provide best-in-class support and value to our clients.
- Tracking and escalating project risk concerns up the chain as necessary.
- Providing end-of-project metrics to inform ROI analyses and quarterly business reviews.
Contribution to operational initiatives, including:
- Capturing and synthesizing client and project insights to inform continuous improvement of AI & Analytics methodologies, processes, and technology.
- Implementing and updating AI & Analytics training curriculum (composed of a suite of documentation, simulation activities, and evaluation) for new members of the team or secondees from other groups who are supporting AI & Analytics workflows.
- Providing requirements analysis and user validation input to our product development teams.
- Collaborating with marketing, client success, and sales on client-facing overviews of Lighthouse AI & Analytics solutions.

- Advanced degree preferred in relevant discipline (law, technology, statistics)
- Minimum 5 years litigation or eDiscovery industry experience required
- Minimum 3 years advanced analytics in eDiscovery required, to include advising on prioritization, coverage, and cutoff on TAR 1.0 and TAR 2.0 (CAL)
- Prior in-house corporate legal, law firm legal staff or eDiscovery vendor experience required
- Excellent knowledge of eDiscovery technology, including key applications and programs such as Relativity Analytics, Relativity aiR, Reveal (Brainspace), or comparable analytics platforms
- Excellent knowledge of litigation support and legal discovery process and concepts
- Proven success and desire to consult with clients/internal departments, projecting expertise and solving day-to-day challenges as well as strategic challenges
- Experience leading complex projects and managing multidisciplinary teams from other departments preferred
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with clients and internal staff (demonstrated both in relaxed atmosphere and under pressure)
- Client-focused mindset with a consultative, solutions-oriented approach and strong executive presence
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
Work Environment and Physical Demands
- Duties are performed in a virtual office environment while sitting at a desk or computer table. Duties require the ability to use a computer, communicate over the telephone, and read printed material.
- Duties may require being on call periodically and working outside normal working hours (evenings and weekends).
- Duties may require the ability to travel via automobile or airplane. Approximately 5% of the time will be spent traveling.

Factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include a wide array of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic location, or other relevant factors. The salary range for this position may be tailored to be lower or higher in different talent markets.
