Our Operations team provides reprographics services for legal farms.
What You Will Be Doing:
Leading the reprographics team
Responsibilities include directing the in-house printing (reprographics), including its production and necessary administrative functions, equipment planning and acquisition, and maintenance and supply inventory control
Overseeing graphic designing, typesetting, scanning, copying, binding faxing, and concept-to-print resolution
Monitor workflow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, accurately and within deadlines
Train new employees on policies and procedures
Scheduling employees and making their payrolls.
Work with legal clients to negotiate project timelines and update them about project
Visits each project that gets transitioned to you and validates the projects are parked correctly
Who We Are Looking For:
Your experience includes:
Assist with the management and tracking of multiple print projects simultaneously to meet tight production deadlines for high-priority and unscheduled projects, ensure high-quality products
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and presentation skills
Demonstrated ability to work with all internal levels within a given organization
Demonstrated ability to work in a high-profile, high-pressure environment effectively
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with key internal and/or external stakeholders
Must have strong leading skills to effectively direct a staff of professional and technical employees in implementing the short- and long-term goals and direction for the area of responsibility
Demonstrated ability to complete short- and long-term projects effectively and as efficiently as possible
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable applications, i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
1 to 2 years of experience in reprographics/printing industry
1 to 2 years experience working in the legal industry, preferred
