You’ll be part of a dynamic and collaborative consultancy environment within a rapidly expanding practice, working alongside highly skilled Microsoft 365 specialists who are passionate about delivering real results. You’ll play an active role in driving innovation, shaping customer outcomes, and building meaningful relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.

 

What you’ll do

  • Lead and support SharePoint migrations (on-premises to SharePoint Online and tenant-to-tenant)
  • Design and deliver Microsoft 365 solutions, including SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Purview
  • Analyse customer requirements and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Contribute to solution design and occasional pre-sales activities as a subject matter expert
  • Deliver medium to complex technical implementations, independently or within a team
  • Support and mentor junior team members on project engagements
  • Ensure smooth handover to support teams post-delivery
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends

 

What you’ll need

  • SharePoint (Online & On-Premises)
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Exchange, OneDrive, Entra ID)
  • Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, eDiscovery, etc.)
  • Tenant-to-tenant Microsoft 365 migrations
  • SharePoint on-prem to online migrations
  • Using tools such as ShareGate, AvePoint, or Quest
  • Ability to design and deliver technical solutions aligned to business needs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Relevant certifications or equivalent hands-on experience
